Connolly Construction offers a unique take on property management. As a full-service development company, we work with the property from the land acquisition to the design and engineering of the building. We also manage several buildings of our own. Our intimate understanding of the buildings and how to take care of them means that we can offer our tenants superior property management.

We care about our tenants and want them to feel as though they are a member of the Connolly family. This means that we will go the extra mile to let our tenants know how much they are appreciated, such as our tenant appreciation BBQ and picnic.

Our apartments are some of the best in the area. Currently, our three properties are known as the Aldersgate Apartments, Lakeside Apartments, and the Residence Apartments. For those in the Marysville, Raymond, and surrounding areas of Union County, these apartments have come with a reputation for comfort and space. With floor plans from 1 to 3 bedrooms, beautiful furnishings, and lovely locations, our apartments offer a wonderful place to call home.
